OZ Slideshow in Chicago
Thanks to Ryan Rushton from Geneva Kayak Center for organizing and hosting my talk, and thanks to Paul and his lovely wife Kim for hosting me for the night!
My shirt says:
“Women who behave rarely make history!”

Hey where can I get one of those shirts???
Just Google the phrase, Hillary — lots of sources for tees with that great quote (amazon, zazzle, northern sun). I also like “only boring women have immaculate houses” (on a magnet proudly posted on my refrigerator.)
Sure wish Freya was coming closer to Pittsburgh — I know she’s got some fans in southwest Pennsylvania. Gotta bug our outfitters hereabouts to sponsor her sometime. We recently beat the world record for a single mass of kayakers — over 1100 rafted together at the confluence of the Three Rivers downtown — so there are plenty of paddlers in the area from whom to draw a crowd, I think.
Was great to meet you and shake your hand! I look forward to your next adventure what ever it may be. Thanks for stopping by Chicago.
